Orally Ascorbic Acid ,Ferrous Sulp,Cholecalciferol,Vit E in different strengths.
Follow up : Oral Artesunate 50 ~100 mg , Ascorbic Acid 0.5 ~1 gm

Patient weight : 72 kg


Complaints : Patient haven't control urine ,painful urination.
Burning during urination.

PSA Level : 12 ng/ml

HbA1c Level:  5.8 %

ALT :36 u/L

Creatinine: 1.2 mg/dl

Hb: 10.5

TLC: 3.2 x10 /L

Vit D Level is 15 ng/ml

URINE Details Reports shows blood + ,Pus Cells 20~25.

Ultrasound : shows Prostate Cancer invades semanil vessels of both sides
as well as start penetration to bladder.

Biopsy Report: Not Available


Treatment  :
Artesunate IV, 2.5 mg/kg/day x OD ,
Mix with 100 ml NS @ 20 drops per minute ,
2 hrs after a light meal.
Cholecalciferol 50000 iu, Orally ,OD
Ascorbic Acid 500 mg,Orally x BD
Ferrous Sulphate 60 mg,Orally x OD

Duration of Treatment:  30 days

Follow up :
Mild Painful urination , No blood in Urine .Good Control of Urine.
PSA Level : 8 ng/ml

Urine detail report Normal.
CBC,LFT Normal limits.

Pre treatment ALT  36 U /L
Post treatment ALT 48 U /L

Side effects during therapy:
Slight increase in ALT level.
Patient complaints mild Nausea and bloating during treatment.


Follow up treatment:
1..Artesunate 50 mg x BD orally
2.. Ascorbic Acid 500 mg X OD orally
For 90 days.

Post treatment PSA level was 7 ng/ml.

The treatment completed in 120 days.
Advised : Monthly follow up consultation for 6 months.

This patient want to be clear about that his prostate is normal or not ,
that’s why i advised him  PET CT scan.

FD PET-CT scan shows Prostate ,seminal ves ,bladder are clear.

Complaints : Patient not able to control urine ,Severe painful urination,Blood in urine.

PSA Level : 13 ng/ml

HbA1c Level:  5.2 %

ALT :68 u/L

Creatinine: 1.2 mg/dl

CBC,LFT ,U&C ,Lipid Profile   are in Higher Limits.

Vit D Level is 12 ng/ml

URINE Details Reports shows blood +++ ,Pus Cells 40~45.

Ultrasound : shows Prostatic Hyperplastic  mass.

Biopsy : Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Prostate gland


Treatment  :
Artesunate IV, 3.5 mg/kg/day x OD ,
Mix with 100 ml NS @ 20 drops per minute ,
2 hrs after a light meal.
Cholecalciferol 50000 iu Orally ,OD
Ascorbic Acid 500 mg,Orally x BD
Ferrous Sulphate 60 mg,Orally x OD

Duration of Treatment:  30 days.


Follow up :
Mild Painful urination , blood in Urine .Good Control of Urine.
PSA Level : 9 ng/ml

Puss cell ++ in urine found.

Pre treatment ALT  60 U /L
Post treatment ALT 38 U /L

Side effects during therapy:
Patient complaints headache during treatment.

Ultrasound : Prostatic Mass shows very low density.

Follow up treatment:
1..Artesunate 100 mg x BD orally
2.. Ascorbic Acid 500 mg X BD orally
For 60 days.

Post treatment PSA level was 7 ng/ml.

The treatment completed in 90 days.
Advised : Monthly follow up consultation for 6 months.

Complaints : Patient not able to control urine ,painful urination,Blood in urine.

PSA Level : 12 ng/ml

HbA1c Level:  6.2 %

ALT :48 u/L

Creatinine: 0.8 mg/dl

CBC,LFT ,U&C ,Lipid Profile   are in Normal Limits.

Vit D Level is 18 ng/ml

URINE Details Reports shows blood +++ ,Pus Cells 35~40.
Having Kidney stone in Rt kidney 0.6 cm.

Ultrasound : shows Prostatic Hyperplasia with Nodular mass.

Biopsy : Acinar Adenocarcinoma of Prostate


Treatment  :
Artesunate IV, 3 mg/kg/day x OD ,
Mix with 100 ml NS @ 20 drops per minute ,
2 hrs after a light meal.
Vit E 200mg Orally ,OD
Ascorbic Acid 500 mg,Orally x OD
Ferrous Sulphate 60 mg,Orally x OD

Duration of Treatment:  30 days

Specially Advised to stop Sexual intercouse during treatment.


Follow up :
Mild Painful urination , No blood in Urine .Good Control of Urine.
PSA Level : 8 ng/ml

Urine detail report Normal.

Pre treatment ALT  48 U /L
Post treatment ALT 32 U /L

Side effects during therapy:
Patient complaints mild Nausea ,Abdominal cramps during treatment.

Ultrasound : Almost Normal Prostate .Nodules not Visualized.

Follow up treatment:
1..Artesunate 100 mg x BD orally
2.. Ascorbic Acid 500 mg X BD orally
For 45 days.

Post treatment PSA level was 7 ng/ml.

The treatment completed in 75 days.
Advised : Monthly follow up consultation for 6 months.

Creatinine: 1.1 mg/dl

CBC,LFT ,U&C ,Lipid Profile   are in Normal Limits.

Vit D Level is 15 ng/ml

URINE Details Reports shows blood +++ ,Pus Cells 20~25.

Ultrasound : shows Small Cell Carcinoma of Prostate.

Treatment  :
Artesunate IV, 2.5 mg/kg/day x OD ,
Mix with 100 ml NS @ 20 drops per minute ,
2 hrs after a light meal.
Cholecalciferol 50000 iu,Orally ,OD
Ascorbic Acid 500 mg,Orally x BD
Ferrous Sulphate 60 mg,Orally x OD

Duration of Treatment:  30 days

Specially Advised to stop smoking ,Sexual intercouse during treatment.


Follow up :
No Painful urination , No blood in Urine .
PSA Level : 10 ng/ml

Urine detail report Normal.

Post treatment ALT 42  U /L

Side effects during therapy:
Patient complaints mild Nausea ,Dizziness during treatment.

Ultrasound : Almost Normal Prostate .
